People come and go but that's not the question. The question is do those people leave a value or a remark in you.

ScoreA is a tough work... and the easiest job to do ever.. Your downline could be darn funny, sarcastic, serious, doubtful, overconfident staying for temporary or permanent but i believe every single downline you are bringing in, you do attach him/her with a hope they will work for their dream so it would benefits you either way.

I've came into lot situations where i have to face it alone when no one can understand how do i feel. Its easy to bring people in and teach them but sometimes easy money make them feel lazy.. at the end of the day, some will quit, reason of quitting can be because they have earned enough, they look upon better pioneership opportunity of other company, some because never earn, some because give up because of little rejections. This explain how human mindset changes in time. it has to be justified and always need to have a reason to stay in the business. Imagine a person you have trained for months and left you with stupid reason or more saddening is threatening to leave.

When problems ahead me, there is no one i can tell. Maybe theres one but she would more likely care less. I need motivation.. my self motivation has overdued. I do need someone to keep motivate me and inspire me. Someone... sigh.

Tear of Examination

Hi guy, finally gets to turn on my computer and write a proper blog :)

Well, im sick now.. by the time i declare "sick", means im having pretty high fever right now. Anyway, im having my final exam, and last paper tmr.

My first paper is happened to be pretty unpromising when i wasn't on exam mode on the first day. I have wasted 1 hour looking at the ceiling, 30 minutes looking at whiteboard, and the 1 hour sneezing and coughing. I swear you would be annoyed if you were in the same exam hall with me. I can’t reflect of any words, and i have totally forgotten what i have studied on previous day. My current health state barely able to allow me thinks of a format to answer each question. Totally doomed to fail, i went to toilet and my tear keeps dropping, i am bothered if i really fail this paper, my family members would pressure me, and that would be quite severe for your information.

All the night I was thinking what if same shit would happen on the second day, so I have made my decision to sleep at 9pm and wake up at 3am, of course after medication. So yeah, I did very well in my FIN202 paper today. Thanks to the panadol that bi asked me to buy at 7-11 and a sweet morning wish from her :)

And tomorrow will be my last paper, and I have not read a shit yet, its ACC200, 100% theory based accounting question, the toughest subject out of 3 subjects I’m enrolling. Wish me luck~

Due to uneven result in my job, and my working attitude over the pressures, i see that my leader is giving up on me ordi... All I can do is not to give up but stand strong alone and fight for it.

Responsibility is important, I have hundred dozen of ppl under my monitor.. All like baby, cry all days long and out of so many babies, I need to train another "me". Another me of someone who is willing to learn, and learn and learn.

Definitely not someone who will leave me, not someone who will threaten me.

Year 2006, my birthday happened on day before SPM, my best friends insisted to celebrate with me, and my parents just did not allow, i wasnt happy at all, we have argued, finally my dad gave me rm50 and thats it for my KFC birthday celebration.

Year 2007, my birthday happened on day before my 1st semester exam. Rebecca bought me Jay Chou disc if not mistaken.. Due to previous year, i planned to stay home and play game.. and yeah, again my best friends wanted to celebrate with me, planned to come over Sg Long, but... i have no money, and rmb i was crying on bed on birthday night, and my sister gift me RM100 and kept persuading me.

Year 2008, 7th May, the first birthday celebration i had with Chloe on her day, i bought her a cake, celebrated in my house and yeah she made a wish, i rmbed i sang an uncompleted birthday song to her, ps. We broke up weeks later. On 7th November, my birthday happened on day of my 3rd semester examination Chloe tried to surprise me outside my exam hall, but i went out earlier. So i went home, and she was waiting still in my college. First time took public transport and ended up in my college and she made it to Leisure Mall, which is darn funny.. When i saw her, she was hugging Tortoise, stood alone. and yeah, we had lunch at Wong Kok after we met Yiru and Erica(still in school uniform). Year 2008 was my first birthday celebration which i felt i was blessed. Thx bi for lighten up my day :) we got back together on 25th December, The Curve.

Year 2009, because of previous lighted up year, 7th May, unexpectedly joined bi's gang for her birthday at(forgotten what it was called), Sg Long. I rmb she has invited alot ppl and i paid the bill, around rm3xx.. Then on 7th November, if my memory serves me right, she baked me muffins but failed, and mana tau, ended up cupcakes but still, super failed, nice try =p >.< and yeah we went to Mid Valley, shopped shopped shopped, had movie at Signatures Garden, forgotten what movie and dinner in Chillis. :)

Year 2010, the best year ever(also the most regretful year ever).. 7th May oh yummy crabbie crabbie... We went to One Utama, watched Iron Man if not mistaken.... We later then sing K at Neway, One utama with my siblings. Ivy told me, why you gift her crocs, its not good, its sign that you are sending her away, one year later, proven :( On 7th November, had lunch with her family and my sibling at Tong Sing, we went for movie marathon afterwards...

Year 2011, fail year, failures ahead.... 3 months more to 7th November, this year birthday would be like how? expect no more. Ancient ppl write with blood, may i say this post was written by tear? No more to drop... 2 days continuously.... i wish Doraemon comes upon to rescue now... bring me back to January 2011 so i can fix everything..

Have been living a while in complicated life...

Yes, im too good, but enough for keep assuming and presuming, people would be afraid to be friend with me.. They do not like to be under expectation...

It has been quite a while since i against my parents. Last time i was a bad child, because of who i thought i was, i think my parents suck.. Never listen to me, always live with their expectation and limitation.. But who am i today, im an ambitious networker who with an ambition to give the best to my parents.. When i was starting to earn money, i have acknowledged that spending with self-worked out money kinda painful thou. Im a kind of person who likes to see money growing cent by cent and will not spend them until necessary... but if food is on subject, i can spend rm200 a day just for food, damn >.<

Was planning for a HK trip on 7th November, but i guess, i will be alone for this year's birthday.. Everyone says im weird, somehow i do agree thou, because i just did not like to celebrate birthday because of bad experience. Bad experience? will be on next post.

I had my three kingdoms finished in 1 month time.. 3 kingdoms which are Shu, Wei, and Wu... Shu is the strongest among all but God's will did not lie on them.. Mama Bear called me just now, without second thought, i've answered the phone. We were chatting for like 20 minutes.. Lots were mentioned... :)I miss them so much... and bit bit, i know you miss me, i miss you too k :) Somehow i think something is wrong? Why mama bear called me in the first place? It feels like I've been set up with rational thoughts vs. emotions situations so much in my life, especially in the past 2 years or so. It becomes a lot clearer when you have a definite understanding that in 99.9% of situations, rationalism > emotions.

Why did I make such a bold statement? Let me just clarify that my perspective on rationalism is of course an unbiased, unclouded, incontrovertible judgment of rationalism. It's easy to see that with that, your emotions are obsolete in any decision-making process.

I've seen too many situations that were an inch from being an absolute cluster-fuck but gets saved when one of the parties decides to go with their brain instead of their heart. I've also seen too many situations that completely blow up thanks to everyone having an absolute need to follow their emotions instead.

I know I've referred to all these like a million times in all my previous blog entries in all my previous blogs but I just can't stress on how important this is. There's just this moment of clarity with a fucking brightly lit light bulb smashing into your face when you finally realize how simple life is when you take it as rationally as possible.

I'm just glad that things worked out with what happened today and once again I'll just have to thank rationalism for where it got us once again.

Have been lying on bed and thinking how have i been lately..

2 years ago before year 2011, my priority is her.. We were happy, no argument, peaceful, joyful and had mutual respect; tolerance. But when it comes to when i have no money to buy what she likes, she likes shopping, but i just don have the cash for her to spend. I was a guy who has big ambition but always being underestimated by certain parties - who i would not be saying their name. Is joining Score A is a right decision, i doubt..

She's a person who can be easily emotionally affected, so all these years, i decide not to 24/7 on phone with her like other couples. Because i believe, if i do that, one day without calling, she would be crying like heck. So i had to maintain the relationship, still rmb when exactly was the time i made the decision to not "chat on phone" with her - she cant contact me, because i have promised to pick her up from tuition place. Then she started crying and claimed that i have been kidnapped. lol >.<

All the years i have been making decisions to maintain the relationship were successful that's why it can last 2 years. But the 3rd years, i have changed, and she cant adapt to it... bushhh.. gone case.

i am very calm now, i was emotional, i have been scolding her rapidly that day, i have never scolded her before.... Seriously i do not why?

And i have just realize the iphone she's having wasnt entirely bought by me... She did pay a bit... i still remember when we were in Chronos tournament, she said she want an iPhone, so yeah, i took out 2k++ cash and passed to Hilman.... She has alr pre-paid for the iPhone in my bank account rm600++(checked my maybank2u), at first she said she would pay 1.5k, and will pass me another 700+ something i couldn't recall. Then i said "don need la, i pay for you" and she was very... delighted? :) Silly me, i have been scolding her and propounding the iPhone as a subject of argument... im so sorry @@

Business com taught us, never deliver msg when you are in emotional breakdown, but i did that always.. lol.

I have changed... but in order to be successful, what needs to take then have to withhold it, what needs to withdraw, then have to execute it. But i hope all friends of mine would bear with me, because i am in critical period, i cant slow down so i have kill everything on the path thats blocking my way. But trust me, when i have achieve what i want, i will regrow everything i have dumped.. I know it would be too late, so please don give up on me, and support me?

Although i might be cruel and harsh sometimes but those were not exactly what i wanted. Watching movies in cinema have always been appearing to be the most difficult activities to be done for me, moreover im a single now, who do you think i could find to watch movie with me in cinema hmm :(

I can afford buying all these.. but somehow my self-awareness always remind me of "needs" and "wants". I don need those, but i want those, thats explaining the reason of these pending purchases. Money is not easy to earn, you need to work hard for it. As a full time student and also a part time networker, having so much money in bank account will definitely stick an "extraordinary" labor on my forehead. I have been in the business for 6 months, good and bad things come and go, came and went, came and still remaining.. but i still fight for it simply because of the core reason that i'm joining this business? If because of little humiliation, siblings argument, disagreement lead me to quit the business, then what for i pursue Degree in Business?

I always have told myself, this business is so fucking easy, if you, Brandon can not manage to run this well, how are you going to manage big company next time and be a millionaire? Thats totally contradict the purpose of pursuing business course..

Chloe, if you can see this in long term, we wouldn't break up. Your dad told your mom that i always play computer games, wasting time. Although i was sad but i do not mind at all? What is that so? 3 days ago, i was super down until yesterday, finally i had 1 account from Czelyn, credits to inappropriate desperation and exceptionally delighted, i have up-fronted rm796 for the prospect who i haven meet him/her yet.

And what is the bad news today?
Chloe always tell me, every morning when you see sunshine you will be very happy because the uncle sun is happy, so all these years, whenever i wake up in the morning, i will walk to my room window, open the curtain or move to balcony for the morning sunshine... but today 8AM- Czelyn smsed me "Brandon, ytd account don open first, her bf don let" and i was like? WTF? Depressing morning isn't it?

Anyway problem has been solved, Czelyn has found another member to replace the disowned account and my RM796 has already been allocated :)

Penny did a great job today.... first and foremost, she didn't scold me today. Secondly, she have got 2 payments for today, hooray... Thirdly, she comforted me :) and last but not least, she's going to accompany me to office tonight yeah? ^^

Now, hell lot of people have the prerogative view even in my team, they think Score A is a scam - cause they're not only saying to the public at large that Score A which is a Government's idea is a scam and then that other people like Kenshido is riding on the Government's back and making a mockery out of our education system. sorry for saying this but this is the exact nature of Malaysians that make us the backward people that we are.

The nature of Malaysians:

1) always to bad mouth our neighbours even though we have little facts of them. Where is the oneness in us?

2) Malaysians are shallow, low thinking people who would rather beg on the streets and earn pittens and live off our family members who are doing so much better than us, than to actually go out there to make the difference in life.

You know what, rather than trying to play robinhood and batman for the so called cheated, why don't you look at the poor people around you and the children who are hungering for food, shelter and education.Go do your charity there! You'll be their GOD!

3) Malaysians like to jaga tepi kain orang lain - take care of the dirt in your own lawn before you worry about other people. Besides, who died and made you the God of change???

If any of you are in these 3 categories. Thanks to a really thought-provoking conversation, I am finally ready to write about how I feel instead of giving you cryptic entry after entry which you will never figure out anyway.

I'm an atheist. I do not believe in God or any forms of god. I do not believe in a higher power of any sort.

I was at these crossroads at one point in my life where I could go either way, and I honestly opened myself to it. I've been to temple a good number of times, I've talked to a million people about religion and have thought about this for more than half my life. I remember I was about 7 when I first started thinking about this concept of God and asked myself if I genuinely believed in it, as I was given the choice and knew that people either believed or didn't. I wasn't bought up in a way to believe and to be educated that there is God and I should worship Him.

The only reason I'm so closed to the concept of God now is that the period of thinking was over. At one point I could go any way, and a slight influence might have turned me from a skeptic to a hardcore believer. But it didn't. And I've had at least 8 good years of my life to think about that and it was then I made my decision. I don't believe.

I see the strength religion brings to people. Given a situation where my memory was completely erased and I had to choose between believing and not believing, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to choose to believe. I see how powerful it is and how beneficial it can be. But that doesn't make it any easier for me to believe in it.

At this point, because my mind's been so set on the fact that there is no God for me, it would take something monumental to change it. I'd admit here that finding a single flaw in my argument would be the first step towards this change. But I haven't found one yet, no matter how many times I've argued/disagreed/disputed with others. My self-confidence in most issues may be shit but this is the one thing I would lay my life upon.

And today I still await for an argument that would make me pause for even a second to doubt myself or struggle to look for an answer. I've channeled so much of my thinking on this subject and everything I have to say is at my fingertips, which is why I am this confident.

First of all, to the people who would like to give me the millions of examples of things that can't be proven by science or logic, let me stop you there. My reasoning is simple. The absence of something does not necessarily prove the presence of something else. There have only been scientific theories regarding how everything was created, and all attempts at scientific explanation are at the very least flawed. But that does not in any way prove that God was the answer to it. My logic is not that there is always a logical explanation to everything, but that you cannot conclude that God is the answer just because you couldn't find a logical explanation. Life is not a multiple choice question where you can eliminate possibilities of answers out because the possibilities are endless.

So if you are going to give me a million examples of things that haven't been explained by science, allow me to stop you there and say I'm well aware of that, I concede on the fact, but it still does not necessarily prove that God is the answer.

I used to believe. There wasn't a significant event that made me change my mind, but in a sense I sort of 'grew out' of the belief. The more I learnt about logical reasoning, the more I felt less inclined to believe in something just because I didn't have the answers I needed. There are so many things in life that would be simpler for me right now if I just believed and stopped questioning it. But I can't possibly force myself to. Not for anyone. Not even for me.

I'm close to so many people who believe in God in their own ways, and in a way I do feel really sorry for those who genuinely want me to believe because they want me to live a better life. But I feel the need to tell you all that this is my stand for now. I'd like to see the day I'm proven wrong, but I realistically don't see it happening. Ever. If you think I have a perception that's too closed and have blocked Him out, then you may be right, because I've spent too much of my life leaving myself open to it but nothing has changed in that long period of time for me to accept and believe. Thus I remain this way.

I'd want everyone who cares to know that I was happy when I did. I mean I enjoyed life, am still enjoying life, and will probably still enjoy life in the coming weeks or months.

See, I'm not saying this because I'm suicidal. It's just that I've played it over in my head a million times for no particular reason in the past week, and thought, you know, if I died, I'd never actually get to say what I wanted to.

So anyway, what I'd like to say is that I'm doing great and at least when I die, I would have lived every moment perfectly and will never regret doing/not doing something. Isn't life just simpler that way?

4 Quadrant is where you would lead a mindset of people into positive side.

With proper presentation of 4 quadrants, one who was anti-mlm, heard of score-A, failure would initially turn positive. So please learn well :)

Please remember "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" written by Robert Kryosaki, he actually stated out 4 quadrant on how a successfull business can be done.

1st Quadrant - Employee

Result - Prospect will understand employee's life is unfavorable.

Ask your prospect how much is his salary? or allowance? Does that enough? Planning forward for next stage of life? You must come out with a number(salary), increase it, do a budget, increasing rate.

2nd Quadrant - Self employed

Result - Prospect will understand self employed isn't an appropriate choice and have to work hard to cover all administration, salary and advertisement cost in order to start generating profit. Also, in this quadrant, you may reckon which package he/she can afford.

Capital(administration cost)- Rm100k, Rm10k(6888), Rm5k(2488), Rm1k(796)

Salary(Salary expenses)

Strategy(Advertisement cost)

Summarize both 1 and 2 - work hard

Summarize both 3 and 4 - work smart

Do you want to work smart or work hard?

3rd Quadrant - Business

Result - Prospect will understand there's only one thing that can achieve their dream which is business(working as an employee or self employed will never get him/her to buy their dream car in short time). Only networking is available for student to earn a lot of money in short time.

4th Quadrant - Investment

Result - MLM(Multi Level Marketing) is a concept additional to a business(a pen you are holding is a product, but with one product, you cannot earn money, but with marketing plan, you can earn alot alot of money, thats what MLM means)

"In Malaysia, there are 700++ mlm companies, for example Amway and Cosway. Although we are MLM, but we are not doing direct sales and totally different from others, so lets carry on with the product"

If prospect is in the workforce, who has years of working experience, you may straightforward to 4th Quadrant.

If he feel insulted, use whatever it costs to stay him/her. Please remember, if a prospect meeting you, HE/SHE NEEDS MONEY!! so just say this:

"if today you come out, you are in need of money, you want to earn a lot of money in long term profit, you wan to get rid of employee life, ONLY MLM CAN HELP YOU!!!! What kind of MLM, you have to see what kind of companies, companies see what kind of product, product needs to see how far is the potential market, may you just listen to our product?" - Settled

I don't involve myself in a lot of things for one simple reason. The impact isn't worth it, for the amount of effort I put in.

That's been my perception for so long that I even apply it to friends nowadays. I've been very close to a lot of people at many points in my life but have lost contact with pretty much all of them. I'm not blaming them. But I'm not blaming myself either. Why get emotionally affected by something that would not have actual significance to my future?

This is the way I've looked at things after a certain point in my life and that's when I became care-free about...well, just about everything in my life. No matter how down I get because of something SERIOUS, I know to learn to accept it and move on. And when something slightly short of serious happens, I brush it aside.

As a result, I give most people advice along these lines when they turn to me for help. Just forget about it. Think about the times you were embarrassed because you couldn't answer a question in class, or because you didn't do your homework and you were humiliated. Do you even remember any of those situations now? Yet, at that point, it was probably the most important thing to you and you couldn't get over it for days.

I don't know if what I'm saying is getting through to any of you but I just want to say this: Fuck it. Let life take its course and whatever happens, don't let it get in the way of your happiness.

Whether someone did something wrong or right is impossible to tell because we don't know for sure what wrong or right is. Whether someone deserves what they got is not something for us 'mortals' to decide. So let it be. Life is full of people who do the most fucked up things in the world yet succeed over everyone else; as well as great people who have hard lives and die young. Accept it. Life is unfair. Just make sure you live your life to the fullest and don't spend the whole of it whining about how lucky others have been.

I can tell you this. I quite frankly couldn't give a shit. I don't care who's right or wrong. Some people did messed up things, some people didn't. But who cares? In 5 days this will all be over and half of us will forget about the things that happened. In a few months, I won't see 99% of the people I see here everyday. And for this reason I won't hold grudges against anyone for anything that they have done because it has literally no effect on my future. That's why it's practically impossible to get on my bad side - because I don't have one.

What really remains is that we are in charge of our own lives and we're here to enjoy it and make the best out of it. Single, or poor, or in terrible health, or planning to destroy mankind, or spending your last moments choking on a bottle cap; just do what you feel you've been put on this earth for, and don't let tiny things get in the way of your happiness.

Never judge your prospect(they can be poor, low self esteem, stingy), trust me, when it comes to money, the hunger of people will appear.
Always listen to your leader(always remember your leader will always help you for mutual benefit, leader's command is crucial).
Always help your downline(bonding, make them feel loved).
Never do presentation with more than 3 prospects, if more, bring to preview.
Whenever your leader text you, always think twice before reply. (imagine your downline said the same to you, what would you think?"
Always stand for rejections, the more it is, the more you have to prove them wrong.

Line Structure:
Leader: The one who direct you for appointments (May not be the one who brought you in)
Upline: Could be the one who brought you in, might not be your leader. Your upline is your business partner.
Downline: Ppl you brought or under you. You might not know all of them. Categorize your own team and only response to your own team and partners
Sideline: Ppl who is not related to you and do not contribute to your structure but both serving same leader or upline. May meet when called upon meeting, must respect each other.

Haha, i was supposed to do appointment at here, Feeling Cafe, since the environment here is full of echo, thanks to the singers haha so i will appreciate this very precious moment to rest and chill with friend, conducting real chit chatting.

It was quite a while since i sit in a cafe with friends, chat and laugh. And yes, FOR TODAY ONLY!!!!

I was quite surprised when Chloe called me loser in serious tone, The anticipated "loser" is full of anger and hatred as felt.. I was quite down after a while, had insomnia, that would explain why i was late to appointment this morning..

Honestly, i am regret to hurt her feeling, even breaking up with her - i cant believe i love her more now. Frankly speaking, everytime after i was pissed by her, i would love her more, pats here more lol because she really is cute and lovely. Haplessly, she seems happier now, she has more freedom than before, SHE CAN DRIVE NOW!! LOL!! If last time she can drive, it could've saved most of my time. See... she drives now lol. Looking forward for her future, she really does look better, how can i ruin her life and future AGAIN? i shouldn't think to get back to her, indeed, i shouldn't.

Im having a serious downfall of my life now...

Im all alone in snowflake sg wang..
Been here since 11am lol, but prospect ffk, penny is in pavilion with her mom and sister haha. i don think she knows that im here, but anyway who cares? lol

This week is super unproductive, what happen to these people, saying no money in Malaysia. Sometimes i do demotivate myself, i used to have bi to support me, spiritually support. But now - i have to move independently, i cant believe that im actually depressed because of losing her. I thought i was strong and solid yet im not. I thought although i have lost her, i still have my best friends with me, yet they arent around. I have all the false thought, yet i still fight for it. I dowan to be a failure, let all the bad stuff fade away and here goes Brandon again :)

Went to do several appointments like usual, daily basis, some cant close, some had been doing score A, some are forbidden by parents and boyfriend, and some paid deposit. Always come in thought, should i folk out for them first? i suggest not, i will never know if someone i have pay for them ended up missing in action.

Currently waiting for next prospect to come, guess this will be the last prospect of the day. Penny, her emotion have been changing lately, i rather don talk much as im afraid she might demotivate herself again :( but i really am worried about her in every way, because she always think alone, very thoroughly - can be seen through her facial expression. I think i've been bringing much burden to her. She actually said and meant "im sad or not doesnt affect you", ouch, quite hurt though because it does really affect me sia.. My conscience told me, someone is guiding her in other way around, maybe im being too sensitive but she really does seem different. Who actually did this? hmm. i hope im wrong and shes still nice to me ^.^

I'm now in Popeye, just ate 4 pieces of fried chicken, just cant stop eating. OMG i have been earning so much yet i did not shop, but keep eating constantly. Guess i might be needing some diet product hahahaha..

Chloe Yap, breaking up with you is a pain. I will never thought of saying this sentence "lets break up" because i believe in relationship, both must fight together throughout happiness or pain, accept changes, loving each other... but you actually said it.

Im ready for new relationship - This is a lie, 2 years relationship cannot be simply replaced by other.

Just take it as i love another ppl - if you really believe in me, you will never trust this sentence.

why i would ask for break? The 1st break up by you was alr a nuke, it does great damage to our trust. You did not trust me anymore, you simply listen to unnecessary exaggeration by other ppl and start blaming, ignoring and mad at me. I do not reserve the right to explain to you, because when you start blaming and ignoring me, means you did not trust me anymore. Since i've asked for 2nd break up, and IF you STILL loving me, then this blog will be the measurement of it.

I'm beginning to see a weird pattern to my blogging style. Ok not really pattern, more like timing? Every month or more, there's a time when I just get in the mood to blog, or really it's probably me realizing that I neglect my blog too much and out of some weird obligation I try to blog once in awhile.

It's amazing when you think about it, this blog has been up for years and yet I haven't even posted more than 150 times (this is the 126th post). Looking back, you can't help but wonder what you really did with your time. Sometimes it feels as if I've gone through 24 years of living without really doing anything; not having any major accomplishments in life affects you that way, probably. Time, time, time; you hear me talking about it all the time (no pun intended). After awhile, people start to think I'm some old geezer in a young adult's body.

I recall the days when I was a gamer in a private dota server and all the net friends I've made, some of whom are my close friends in real life today. I can only marvel at it. Years ago, my parents once asked me what's so fun about chatting online with people I've never met and might never meet in real life. I couldn't really answer it then but to me, it just felt great to make friends online you can connect with despite never meeting. Of course, it came a time when we did meet up, and the rest is history. I've known Denster (or Denny, for some reason I still call him Denster, though he calls me by name) since the early days when we were both dota freaks. Discussing tactics and strategies were all we did, along with all the other nonsense we cook up now and then, also Jenny Hui Ling (nearly opening up for a relationship, but distance has decides what decision should be decided), Chloe (my girl friend now <3), Megablue (Evert Chin) and for years. There's another online friend of mine, he's dating a girl who was also a gamer we got to know during our time there. I dare you to tell me "it's not possible to make friends through the Internet". In case you are wondering, they've been steady for what? 3 years or so?

Lots of things have been happening at college, many of it bad. One of the things time has hopefully done for me (I'm not so sure though) is that I have toned down on many things. I still have a temper, but I don't blow up anymore and I try to be as careful with my words as I can, though I never know if I may have offended anyone. I'm still emo, whiney at times and complain a lot. But I clearly know when to put a stop to it and even if I don't, it seems there will be 1-2 people who will smack me on the head when I have to stop; friends like that are way better than the ones who are hypocrites and always tell you that it's "alright".

Well, the fact doesn't change that I'm a coward and I'm scared to feel the pain physically but when it does on me, it's not pain thou. When it comes to this, I dunno whether I should feel chagrined or just shake my head and continue to way I am.

Drama aside, I've done watching DIE~B and awaiting for more upcoming tvb dramas.

Now that I've done my somewhat-obligated-monthly-post, I'll continue on my journey in ranking Sudden Attack SEA lol. :3 Sayonara~

We can’t deny that we’re trapped in this society. Every single one of us, confined to not just the rules but also the viewpoints/opinions/ stereotypical views of other person.

I wouldn’t say haven’t no rules at all is bad but what about the opinions of others?

I’m quite, no not just quite, I’m VERY sure that each of your parents have told you that “It doesn’t matter what other people think of you” Ahh… so familiar isn’t it. Well, the sad truth is, it does, even your parents. They do think of you and what you do. IT does matter to them? Why? Honour? Respect? Filial piety? I don’t know.

Well, to tell the truth I really do want to get one. No it has nothing to do with my personal issues of being “cool” or whatnot. It’s rather, an experience that I do not want to be denied of.

What your parents say to you is actually, bullshit. YOU will still have to confine to social norms in the end.

Meh, if it was that good that these social barriers are not there.

- Sin yin parent bought me 4.3kg crabs(size XL) to bring home for seafood season
- Out of 10 crabs, i ate 3 crabs XD
- Felt not enough, wanted to have more crabs
- Out of difficulties, makes miracle(credit given to Kevin Cheng), someone bought me 6kg crabs again. XD
- ytd i had crabs again, 2 varieties of flavor, each is best to another :)
- Chloe sent me Japanese Song again, crap. Donow what the lyrics say >.<
- Chatted with Ka Man, we talked alot.

A New Haircut in 8 DAYS

People have been complaining about my lack of updates and i knew that my blog is wordy so i am going to update a little about my life and also posting some pictures of me. I had finished watching THE GREATNESS OF A HERO 盛世仁杰. I rated it 8/10. It is a good drama. No regrets wasting my time watching it.

I went to 8 Days (a saloon located in Sungai Long) today for a haircut. It was recommended by my friend so i decided to have a try on it. It was a hairstylist named Sean whom cut my hair.

One thing that never failed to impress me this academic year was the fragility of relationships between people while I've been here.

It always started off with my perception that everyone loves one another, and this isn't groundless because I came from groups of friends who never turned their backs on each other (and even if they did, they snapped out of it and it was all good again). Then comes the part where some super minor event occurs and because of it, everything is in chaos. And somehow everyone will know about the drama and involve themselves with comments about who they think is right or wrong. It normally goes "They're both wrong. Fuck them." And then it explodes and things get out of hand unnecessarily.

I think this has happened about 5+ times on separate occasions involving different people. It's been quite amazing. I mean we hear this shit happen before like once a year or something but it's been just a few months here and it's been pretty explosive. The worst part is that it's been unnecessarily explosive.

I dunno. Just when I think one's over, another one starts. I'm getting quite bored, frankly.

Back from my hiatus: Things have changed

And yes, I know, it's been almost forever. I might have even thought so, looking back at the last post in the blog: the complaints of mine for last semester results. In any case, I have come a long way since then, and you may be delighted to know that this involves a mountain of stories to share with everyone :)

All I can say is for now, is to watch this blog. I promise to update the blog over the next few days under the new title. Ah, which brings me to a reason why I decided to dispose of the simple. It's all about moving on from who I was in the past, a direct, analytical person who sees things as black or white, who believes in strong visual representation to complement strongly worded content.

I have moved on since then. My current theme reflects the mellowing of my thoughts, of keeping blogging to a relaxed atmosphere, where experiences shared are ones that makes us smile, reflect, and think back upon moments that bring us delight. About taking a step back from the hustle and bustle of civilisation, and indulging ourselves in purely theoretical (or imaginery, depending on your background) issues and experiences that one no doubt wouldn't be floating around in one's head for fear of a rollicking by others.

In any case though, if you are a new reader, or returning to my blog, allow me to welcome you back. I hope you enjoy your stay *grin*. :)

Guess what, i got 4 flat. Is this something great ought to be proud of? Some ppl might think "ah cehh 4 flat only mah" or "aiya sure your college exam papers easy (like what my sisters always say >.<)" - or something similar to that, seriously it's disfavoring. I was blissful to see course-mates of mine who attained good results - call their parents and share the happy news, yet mine - for 2 years, reciprocally feelingless due to I have non beside me will "wow, I'm proud of you". I'm always wondering how to proof them that my exam papers are not easy pickings - without serious efforts invested and revisions, such GPA will never get on hand. My course-mates asked for some little festivity and i have refused to - I know this is joke but kiddos to say, I only want to rejoice with my family members thou but suppositionly will end up into a pit of dissappointments-s-s-s.

I realized that our future is in our hand and achievments tak payahlah expose (always being told the same line) - we are taught to being low profile, you get what you have studied.
Last but not least, I acknowledged that this post is something like complaining - sounds further like envies and else. In psychology we call this immature thinking or childish. haha we human are same but disparate, could be probably not to disown that i admit i was being childish for delivering some shitz like this.

I couldn't help but to agree more. I have changed, as a person.
I no longer have to not be myself.
No longer am I one that has to take it from everyone.
No longer am I able to take uncomprehending rules and regulation.
No longer was I afraid to stand up for myself.
I have to.
It is the only way I can be the better person.

From primary school, where I met the best of brothers.
To secondary, where I learnt about unity, diversity and friends.
To college, where I learnt how the world revolves.
To the internet where I learnt what is it to be standing strong, facing up challanges.

I learnt and am still learning from wherever I go, I try.

As I take a look back into my dark past.
I was a little kid,
contented with everything,
joyous and sorrow-free I was.
Then came the knowledge of desires,
I wanted the best always for myself,
often forgetting what is best for people.
I often take people for granted.

Now I learnt,
the world,
does not revolve around me.

IF only I could see things back in the perspective of a kid.

Resolutions "Bad for your health"

Deciding to turn over a new leaf in the new year could do more harm than good, a mental health charity has warned.

Mind has urged people not to feel they must start 2009 armed with resolutions for self-improvement.

The charity said resolutions which focus on issues such as the need to lose weight or job worries create a negative self-image.

And if the plans fail to materialise, that could trigger feelings of failure and inadequacy, the charity said.

Mind chief executive Paul Farmer said focussing on problems or insecurities can lead to feelings of hopelessness, low self-esteem and even mild depression.

"We chastise ourselves for our perceived shortcomings and set unrealistic goals to change our behaviour, so it's not surprising that when we fail to keep resolutions, we end up feeling worse than when we started," he said.

"In 2009, instead of making a New Year's resolution, think positively about the year to come and what you can achieve."

Instead of easily broken resolutions, the charity has suggested a few steps to improve all-round mental health in 2009:

Being active - exercise releases endorphins and even a gentle stroll is beneficial for mental well-being
Going green - evidence has shown that connecting with nature can boost moods
Learn something new - it will keep minds stimulated and give confidence
Give back to the community - it can be just as rewarding for you as those you choose to help

Rather than wallow in my despair here, I am beginning to actively engage the problems which have taken grip of my life in the recent days. It has been a tough series of days, not only for myself, but for those around me, bloggers around me. I can see that, every links i clicked and it pains me when I have these conflicting feelings in me that bar me from doing what I really want to do. The fact that sometimes I can sit back, and laugh about the whole debacle sums up really, how confused I am at the moment.

Problem goes through, day by day. Full of the masks, that we all wear. I wish Erica can stand rightfully and spare all her thought like what she did in her blog, it's a good work. I suppose it's all about growing up, as we grow up, we realise that our problems will not be solved by wallowing over them, by ranting over them, by spreading them to existing tasks that require our immediate attention. We learn to move on. Some do by blocking negative stigmata / emotions, some do by confronting them. I believe I have come to a decision on that.

Erica - We all have our crap moments, and as many would say, it isn't about how we fall, how pain is the fall, or even when did we fall. It is all about what we learnt in the whole process, what we can do to prevent such events from happening again, or at least be better prepared for it, when it comes around again, at least is a good experience you ever had. That is the beauty of the whole thing, of life. And that is why I will strive to move forward, and put my banes behind me, it depends if you did try hard to "fong shao".

Along with this this post, i "sun bin-ly" would like to say thank you for those who helped me grow stronger in all periods of despair. :)

Let me take some time off things during this holiday.

What is bloody wrong with saying "No"?

Sometimes the attitude of people around me leaves very much to be desired. I think we all should come to a consensus in that should people feel that they are threatened by a question, either because it affects their immediate well-being, then they should just say "no". By continuing with status quo, it misleads the other party into making ill-judgments, apart from also making them look manipulative to people. I do not mean this in a relationship way, nor do I mean this in a take advantage of friend way. It has everything to do with simple academics.

Yes, the Kiasu Syndrome has resurfaced, though, it's not like it ever disappeared, based on elementary observation. I am pretty much irritated by the fact that some can (with glee even, wtf) pass on "fake information", or misleading information about what is coming out in the examinations (or even on concepts in lectures) intentionally, when they want to "hide the truth". It sometimes puzzles me - if they want to hide things so much, then why not say "No"? Is it because they want to keep friends, but yet silently poison these very friends they want to keep? Now how ethical is that?

Being a Buddhist, I admit that there are many, of other faiths, or of no faiths, who are even better Buddhists than me. Yes, indeed there are many whose sense of ethics are directed towards a utilitarian approach ("Let's all pass this together guys!"). My advice to these people, in earnest is to look at themselves and think about what they are doing, in the big picture. Not only when exposed it makes them look like bloody dirty scoundrels, but by teaching the wrong concept, they are dooming their friends for long. After all, we as humans operate on a right/wrong basis - so as long as no one points out the mistake that this poor person picked up unwittingly, the person will never ever know. Think about that.

In my opinion, politics does not belong to education. Though if that is how people want to play it, then by all means, they should go ahead. Just don't make it so bloody obvious. Thanks, and have a nice day :-)

Recently I got a new phone, as I have planned since my Nokia E65 starts spoiling. with the plan, came the phone, which is none other than the 6600 slide! :D

I am ecstatic at being able to own such a beautiful phone. Given that my previous workhorse has been struggling over the past month or so (her exterior has begun to crack *sniff*), I have decided to delegate my E65 into Trade-In plan. After all, it is in good price. True, why not use the 6600 slide?

I have stored some songs in the phone but personally I don't feel like using it as a dedicated MP3 player as of yet. I'd like to experiment with it's battery life first, because the last thing that should happen is that you end up in the middle of nowhere with a dead phone (due to a flat battery), all because of MP3 playing.

The beauty of the phone is simply... luscious though - I can't stop using it. While it may lack certain features that the E65 has, as in Wi-Fi. As for yes, it's small and polite enough for a formal guy like me.

I went to Maybank to renew my saving account passbook today, more often than not my dad will resolve it for me, but since i'm in holiday, so i'll just manage it by my own.. In the bank, the line to the ticket counter was hostile, too loads of parent with their children were coming up for their turn - maybe they planned to collect a passbook for their childs. At the mean time, i opened my passbook, it was about 14-15 pages, jam-packed with numbers and what i did was sitting down, took out my cell phone, open calculator and calculate the total amount i had withdrew ever since 23 June 2007 until 20 November 2008.. It was RM26,688 i used in 1 year+ and at present left over RM200 in my wallet - I do not know does it too much or normal? or am i insane? As a student, it's too much I think, I’m terrified to notice my mom the sum lol, daren’t to foresee the outcome ~ geezz, I will start spending lesser money now!!

That was cash withdrew in 1 year+, haven't include the amount i swiped via my CIMB Mcard, i guess i have to stop calculating no more.

Perhaps words don't justify how I feel right now, perhaps I am seeing this situation in the wrong light, but I feel that just maybe, that it might ultimately be not worth it to continue with the way things are going. I loathe being defeatist, but to move on I do realise that we all have to cut our losses and make way for a better future ahead of us.

I read this letter only a few weeks ago, on an unnamed forum, and boy did that feel strange. I sure hope that one day I wouldn't have to write such a letter, but then again, I do realise that the time will come when things don't work out, or don't work out better than they should. Still though, in my opinion we should do our best for what we believe in, and while I believe in what I fight for I will stay positive and dispel the negative elements. It will be more about what can be done, rather than 'who failed?'.

Transition imminent

Things are going to change drastically come the end of November, the way things are going. It makes me think that my birthday month probably isn't going to be all that enjoyable. Yeah, it may sound like people leaving and joining the company really shouldn't affect me but when so many are leaving at once, it's probably going to be really messy for quite some time; call it a hunch.

In hindsight, I probably should have realize that things are always destined to become increasingly tougher and never easier. Life and the world is built that way, and no, I'm not interested in religious opinions on this case; heard them all, hypocrites.

I want change in my life too I guess, some things require action and if I don't do anything I might just lose out. What things? That's a secret for now. Our "beloved" #1 POS ISP brings to us Steamyx! Steamyx!! The broadband connection that is bound to make you release steam like an olden day steam train! Huh? Streamyx? What can they stream? They can't stream anything if their lives depended on it!

Shitty customer service, idiotic call operators whose every answer to your problem is "reset modem/bypass splitter/check your DNS address/check your computer/*insert stupid solution here*" I'm a freaking computer literate student! I don't need your PMR educated moronic operators giving me solutions I would have tried the moment my connection goes FUBARED! ARGH!

Damn obvious they oversold their bandwidth already, but they still continue to mass promote their Steamyx! So when they got bandwidth problem what do they do? They dem clever wei! Blame teh downloaders! "20% of user consume 80% of our bandwidth" Give me cold hard evidence! Where did you get that statistic? Simply bullshit means can con your way out? Your stupid advertising says unlimited downloads! I'll download whatever I want whenever I want because thats what unlimited download means!

Throttle this throttle that, block this block that, save little itty-bitty bits of bandwidth and then continue to oversell it. Upgrade your bandwidth a littleeeeeeeeeeeee bit, and then oversell that bandwidth again! All they care about is making money without providing proper service! I'll tell you the cold hard truth, if it isn't the damn donkeys above favouring companies of the donkeys below, they would have bite the dust ages ago before anyone from Sabah even heard of Steamyx!

You know the saying that goes, "you pay peanuts you get monkeys"? Well I'll tell you we are paying abalones and getting donkeys! You want an honest opinion, I'll tell you one. This is the information age, and if they continues with that fiasco they call a broadband service, this country will not go anywhere. Stay and rot in the jungle if you want, I'm out of this country the moment I can afford to migrate.

That is my current goal for life, get out of this cow dung they call a "developing country".

Birthday wish list

The days fly by, the months roll past, and the year comes full circle. So much has happened and so much has changed, and yet at the same time some things never change. Its only natural I suppose. Anyway as the years roll by it truly shows you how things never get easier but in fact all the more harder. Every year its not just the same challenges all over but new hurdles to overcome which is also, as I've come to learn, very normal. So what’s not normal? Well so far, nothing.

Its a bit too early to do the I'm-1-year-older-so-its-time-to-reflect-on-the-year thingy. So as the title says, I'm going to post my wish list! Bear in mind its a wish list so naturally it might be a bit unreasonable and pricey (aren't they always?). So with that aside let’s move on.

1. Money!! Cash!! Moolah!! This has to be the number one wish for every one because having money rather than an actual gift offers so much more flexibility. (think upgrading laptop)

2. A Single BED!! I'm not really enjoy sleeping on a no-foot-mattress

3. A small notebook, just for online purpose.. around rm3-4k.

4. Nokia E95, that has been my dream phone for a long time ago. My E65 age's clock is ticking to an end lol..

5. Jay Chou latest album!! I'm actually lazy to buy it lol.

6. Since I ran out of ideas (truly I don't ask for much, but what I ask for are really pricey...hehe) a surprise! Erm...be it a simple dinner with friends, a gathering to watch a movie, a little get together to yak like nobody's business like how we used to...*sigh* don't you just miss those days?

7. Hmm... thinking hard now. Birthday wishes from every of my hometown friends! haha, we have a deal among our ppl.

8. Successful completion of my diploma with no failures and at least maintain GPA of 2.5 to 3. I know I've done quite bad in certain subjects, but I did do reasonably well in some others. Fingers crossed I'll pass every subject; this is truly 1 of my greatest wishes.

9. Hmm...get a part time job related to my field during the 1 months holiday next year? Maybe I should apply for an internship. I wonder if there are 1 month internships... I'll be away from my computer for very long and I think I'll miss everything. Just realized I've never been away for long on my own.

10. A pet!! Puppy maybe? but am lazy to bathe it lol..

Well it wasn't mean to be "my 10 greatest birthday wish list" but last but not least I wish I can find my true calling in life. Its been bugging me for years and every now and then the doubts about what I've been doing or if the path I have chose is the right one and I truly wish I can find that one thing that can motivate me and drive me to strive to work towards it. A goal that is ever elusive, ever out of reach. Will it come anytime soon? I really don't think I can wait any longer....

Well there you have it, that’s all for today. It’s been a tiring day, final exam weeks i'm facing now, so I'll just go browse some forums, do some revisions and then get some sleep.

P.S. I'm not exactly telling people who read this to comply with the wish list, as I've said its rather unreasonable. But if you are generous, I will be eternally grateful. :D

A little update

Hey I'm back! I feel terrible for neglecting my blog, but then again I really don't know what to do with it sometimes. I keep thinking that one day I'll have a consistent topic to talk about that doesn't involve rants and complains but to be honest I haven't been able to find anything like that to talk about.

That being said, this is really just another rant from me. So to begin, here's a question, have you ever been compared to someone before? No, its not a trick question, in fact its pretty redundant to ask that question but gotta start somewhere you know?

Anyway, one thing I find I hate very much is to have myself compared to other people. Oh and might I add complained about, in front of other people, within your presence, annoyingly, just out of range. >_>

Now and then you go to some place and either both or one of your parents go "haih... my son ahhh... don't know what to do with him la" bla bla bla, and "if only he is like so and so" bla bla bla, the list isn't really that long and to be honest rather predictable. The annoying thing is that sometimes this kind of conversations happen in gatherings where your parents are off somewhere and you are bored out of your mind in some obscure corner, or if you're lucky it would be a family gathering and you are off chatting with your cousins. Then you somehow overhear your name mentioned by none other than one of your parents and you get this sinking feeling that its not something good.

Now what pisses me off is that you catch your name mentioned and know they are somehow talking bad about you, but you just can't pick out exactly what they are saying.

Its times like this that I go "ARGHHHH WTF! What now? I have my parents kind of like talking behind my back! Can't really know what they are saying but I somehow know its about me!" and the sad thing is you don't dare to go ask the people they were talking to about what your parents told them because they are basically strangers. ~>_<~

Am I paranoid? I sure am not! Let me tell you one thing, I actually pride myself on my hearing. I can pick out random conversations in a noisy background if conditions allowed, but it just wasn't the case today. I was in a conversation with my cousin, stupid brats screaming in the background, and finally the conversation was a good 10 feet away from me, behind the screen of annoying bratty frequencies, in rather normal conversational tones.

In other words, I wasn't meant to hear it! But somehow I just managed to pick out this particular sentence, "if only my son is like..." and I went "wtf talking behind my back again???" GAHHH WHY ME!!?? Sure I'm not smart, I'm not handsome, I'm not good at what I'm studying, but ITS YOUR GENES! DON'T BLAME ME FOR WHAT I'M BORN WITH! You got something to say, say it to my face!

Why does everyone I know talk behind my back? Sure I have a bad temper, sure I might blow up in your face if you say it in front of me, but its gonna be worse if you use whispered tones to tell other people of what you are not happy about me! Its me you are talking about! Not happy tell me! Whats this going around trying to tell people your son is not as smart as so and so? Betting on my hearing and hoping I'll take a hint? Hoping my intellect and IQ level will miraculously shoot through the ceiling? How presumptuous! Such hypocrisy!

Hey tell you something funny, let me show you how irony and hypocrisy surrounds us. There happily a parent talks to others telling them to understand their kids and be good parents, and failed to do so themselves. Hypocrisy + irony = double whammy+ ggnormk

To all to-be-becoming parents (not my parent :) ), don't talk to other people about trying to understand their kids and about parenthood when you fail to be a good parent yourself. Only one word describes such bullshit; hypocrisy, and I'm sick of it.

"Growing up is a pain!" is probably something you've heard many people exclaim before, one time too many. Admittedly I've gradually grown up these past few years exclaiming that line quite a few times myself. Heck, I still do sometimes, am still whiny about how tough life can be, and overall grew up to be...rather cynical at times.

People seem to take things at face value, something I've used to my advantage these few years. Put on a mask and a persona to fool the world, and they might just glance right over you; makes things easier. That is not to say that other people are not the same, in fact I'm more inclined to believe that almost everyone puts on a mask of their own. Some friends who are closer to me in recent years (my school friends haven't really mix with me much since..graduation from school) would call me two-faced; of course, they are referring to my behavior. I think I picked a persona that is too weak so much so that people get the impression that I'm easy to bully. However, that's definitely not the case and it's more like I don't want to retaliate. Some of my long time friends probably know of my explosive temper when I was younger. I haven't really had anything trigger any explosions lately, something I'd like to attribute to my growing control over my emotions. I'd like to think so really, but maybe it's not really that. I dunno.

What's the point of this post you ask? If you've been reading my posts, you should know by now that more than half the time... I never make any sense. Anyway, growing up is still a pain. I find so many defects with myself physically and mentally (shit I'm gaining weight where I don't want them to...), makes me wonder if I'll ever snag myself a girlfriend; probably not. "Time flies!" eventually becomes so cliche you don't even bother spouting that line anymore, and you get to tell younger people that you "ate more salt than you ever did rice!" Neglecting the fact that salt is pretty widely used in a number of dishes. "Come back again after you have eaten more celery than rice" is what I'll tell you if you say that line to my face.

I think I'm thinking too much. Wait scratch that...I KNOW I think too much and it's actually very much in my nature to think too much, but still not be able to predict and figure out everything. Wish I was born a genius or something, would have made life hella easier. Tough month+uncertainties+growing pains=definitely very melancholic day for me.

Can't understand why, but I guess thats just how it is

You know how sometimes you feel a bit torn about which stance to take? Guys like to say "I don't need a gf." and you wonder if its that or that he just can't get one. Or maybe thinking that being single is not that bad and all, but now and then that pang of loneliness comes and you just hope you have a special someone to spend your time with.

Someone once said to me, humans are like that. Humans can't run away from the need of companionship. They crave attention, however little it may be. They crave recognition, for what they do. So the question is, is it wrong to lie to yourself and say you don't need that kind of companionship, even if deep down you crave for it?

I wouldn't say I crave for it, but sometimes you just wonder I guess. Its really funny how humans can be so indecisive. Maybe the perks of being single is worth being alone, but still some one to have someone to tell their funny stories to, someone you call every now and then to talk about what's going on. I guess good/best friends work too, but does it always? It might I think, I once had a friend like that, but we somehow drifted apart due to our individual lives. Kind of sad eh?

I'll be in 4th sem in about 2 months time or so, and it really amazes me how time flew. Sometimes the passage of time can just go by like that, you blink and suddenly you're in your early twenties. Because of that, you wish you have someone by your side, recording every moment of it. Sure life is full of ups and downs, more downs for some, and more ups for some. Can't be help, this world isn't fair. Whoever told you the world will turn right side up because its round should go fly a kite, lol.

Opinions differ, that's why we have individuals. The world would be a sad sad place if everyone is the same. Imagine everyone thinking Barney is their best friend. *shudders* You get friends who say "girls are troublesome, don't bother", and friends who say "I enjoy being with my gf". Then of course you get the total opposite, singles who can't get any gf, and people who are having a hard time dealing with their gf.

Really, 18 years 10 months 3 days 23 hours of living, and I honestly still don't understand how girls think. Its like what a character in a story I once read, said "just when you think you are starting to understand them, they go and do something that changes your understanding of them completely. Its like one big fun game for them, like the boys must never understand them to keep things interesting." Then when things get screwed up they blame you for not understanding them, man I seriously don't comprehend.

Its really not surprising why some people can't decide whether they want to pursue a romantic relationship or not, because of the above reasons. Guess people look at some and wonder why they can be so happy and comfortable with what they have. If you ask me, maybe they aren't any better off, its just that they learn to cope with it better and accept things as it is. An admirable trait in a human being, bordering on extinction.

So where do I go? I guess you could categorize me as one of those who can't really decide whether they are happy being single or not. I keep thinking that my graduation is nearing, time just went by like that without anyone sharing it with me.

My parents only care about the results, me graduating and getting a job, and not the process. If you want me to be honest, they failed as parents in many respects. I want to believe they try their best, but sometimes its just so hard.

My brother doesn't talk to me much, he's just like me when I was younger, friends only no family. But I guess I'm not in position to comment on that.

My best friends have drifted so far from me, and one of them doesn't even know anything about me. Its sad really, for communication is two ways, and I'm just as guilty for not keeping in touch. I haven't made any new friends whom I can share my troubles with, and as a person I think that's sad, because when you are stressed and all you have no one to go to.

I guess this is the reason for my broodiness. Being left alone, humans grow to doubt their own worth. In the end, where will one find refuge when there is no one offering? Do my parents see my worth for what it is? Not demanding more than I can give? I feel rather uncertain about my future, when I was told to prepare my resume before I even graduate, I looked at myself and I asked what I can put in it. I came up with nothing.

I think I know how Peter Pan feels now. Growing up isn't fun, and it'll never be. But look on the bright side, at least you grow to see things more clearly. Experience teaches a lot after all, and exposure to the world for a long time is certainly the best teacher. What I hope is, life would really turn right side up for me some day. If it doesn't, I'm gonna tell the next person who gives me that bullshit to go fly a kite.

First thing you will note that I do not have a title for this post. But seriously, who reads the titles anyway? I really should stop racking my brains trying to think of titles for my blog posts when I really don't have a central theme of discussion for a particular post.

There was once someone asked me “Hey, Brandon, what’s your most unforgettable event?”. By that of what I considered as spontaneous question, I really couldn’t sort out any of any events I’ve encountered in my life which was really unforgettable
– yet I have an answer now.

24 September 2008, 10AM at Jalan Cheras Kajang – I was driving at roughly 110km/hour. Tweeting at the mall, what mall was that, it was Leisure Mall just on my right hand side. I was rolling along the path was like racing with other cars, compete for victory - and by all sudden, from tempo over speed, my car is out of brake…

It was all in the sudden, fortunate or unfortunate(ly), in the midst of all transports which were in same speed has granted me 1 minutes to decelerate my car before had to stop at the Maluri roundabout (As if could reached the roundabout, maybe had crashed before that) =(

20-30 seconds were used to keep pressing the brake paddle, thoughts, “why the brake isn’t working”, “what the hell is your problem” –

There are faces appeared in my mind, and they are now known as the most unforgettable person in my life.

…Out of the blue, the brake was back on service and the car seriously stopped at the middle of the road. The sudden stop hurts both of my hands and at that time, I scolded “WTF”, “What is wrong with you damnit”

Cars after me were horning me, I was forced to continue the drive. And all the while to Maluri, the brake was working fine - although it was, I still need to circumspect in case... So, I sent it to an unknown car workshop in Maluri. They said that my car’s master pump’s oil leaked, have to send it to Perodua Service Centre. No reason to obey it so i sent it to the service centre at Desa Tun Razak. Oh damn… my car has to be hospitalized for one night, and damn, I took a cab back to college for the an-hour-late class.

Sighing for my own, sighing to my fella classmates “OH MY CAR…” I was then took a bus back to Sungai Long – the bus stopped just in front of Green Acre Park, walking thru the garden, park and swimming pool, searching something on a out of billion bricks, sighing, it has gone.. Slowly dissembled from my memory, memoirs to become all it is capable of becoming, by all myth and legend, it’s just a past tense..

This is for Malaysia.

When you really think about it, Malaysia is generally quite well united. I mean as much as we want to bitch about it, our races go well together and we blend in pretty nicely as one society. There are a few exceptions but hey, it's human nature to bitchslap one another once in a while right? I'm really not being sarcastic. I've really come to like Malaysia for the general unity that is established between citizens and civilians.

I think I've come to realize what the link is.

It's true. A reliable source told me 99.16% of Malaysians complain about something at least once a day. These facts are based on the concoction in my head based on absolutely nothing. But really, think about it.

Whether it's meeting someone at a bus stop, at a public class (perhaps driving), in a cab, or just someone you happened to strike up a conversation with; what is the single most interesting and easy-to-dive-into point? Here they are:

THE WEATHER IS FRIGGIN' HOT!
DRIVING CLASSES ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS!
TRAFFIC JAMS ARE REALLY SHITTY!
MALAYSIAN DRIVERS PISS ME OFF!
MALAYSIAN ROADS ARE TERRIBLE!
THE EDUCATION SYSTEM TEACHES US NOTHING!
and if you're really daring, you get into racism. But I won't explore into the details.

Take a step back and reflect on how many times you hit it off with a simple conversation with a complete stranger, by complaining. See the reason I'm not afraid of posting all this even in the light of the case of that kid making fun of our country, is that I'm not actually criticizing it here. I actually think it's wonderful that unity (albeit it being a little fake) can be achieved so easily.

I know, most of you may not be patriotic and all that but for God's sakes, all I ask is that the Malaysian readers of my blog just look back and learn to appreciate the smaller things. Look at all the idiotic bloggers who go to other countries, take a billion wonderful pictures and still tell you they miss Malaysia. Isn't that already a point in itself?

Senseless

Every once in a while you wake up to a beautiful morning and have this weird clarity on how you perceive your life.

You wake up to a morning at 6 a.m. to pee.
You're not at home.
You can't go back to sleep.
You watch Spiderman 3 for the 5th time or so even though you hate the movie.
You watch Saturday morning cartoons.
You watch Ashlee Simpson and Madonna music videos when you would normally puke at the sight of either of them.
After burning a few hours, you go home.
Just as you're heading home, you call your friend on the phone to tell him his girlfriend looks hot with short hair.
You hang up.

In the midst of all these random events you start to realize how your life has seemed to stop making sense.

You remember a time when you were young and asked a lot of questions.
You realize how nothing much in your life makes sense anymore, just as before, only you've stopped questioning it.
You remember the night before.
Spending RM35 on crap food at a far-away place where you practically only talked to people you came with.
Drinking with the RM15 remaining in your wallet (RM5 of which you found on the floor and another RM5 made from selling something).
Staying over at your friend's place and actually sleeping, and then leaving first thing in the morning. Which meant staying over was pretty much a waste of time.
You remember more and more things in the past that don't seem to make much sense.

But it's great. And at 9 a.m. on a road with relatively non-existent traffic, you get the time to think about how cool life is when you live it like that. Where everything you do calls for a question, but you just don't ask.
